Notes:

Packaging: cardboard double-digipak style cover (4-panel quad-fold), unusual in that front and back are actually "flipped" covers (each is a cover with different artwork, there is no back cover art with track list and other typical info). Clear plastic trays, no inserts or booklet. To make it more confusing, the thicker main spine has the title, barcode, and catalog number, the title reads down - implying that the front cover is the version with the green pixelized lettering which is actually the cover for CD2. Track times not printed on sleeve art.
