Notes:

Label has a large "A" on a-side and "B" on b-side. Issued in a thin tissue paper-type sleeve. The mix on Side A is a largely instrumental version not commercially released and is sometimes referred to as the "Eltone Mix" from the hype sticker on the front of the sleeve. Side B is the 'Shep Pettibone' mix found on most commercial 12" versions of the single.
