Released in a generic, black sleeve.
Originally released in 2007, the release was repressed twice: Once in late 2008 and a 2nd time in July 2015.
The represses can be identified by the additional, lightly etched Optimal Media Production etching (B838956-01 A1 / B838956-01B1) in the runouts, which is not present on the original pressing.
The 2008 and 2015 represses are identical and cannot be distinguished from each other.
