"A Tribute To The Originators of House music" is on the sticker on the sleeve (with that capitalisation reproduced here). Continuous track-numbering (1, 2, 3) on cover sticker, but on the label it's A and then 1. and 2. on on the B side. Label on the record looks hand written but is in fact printed. Shrink wrapped copies (some at least) of this came with an embossed metal Cleveland City logo plate approximately 8 inches long. See photos for an image of this.
